High-resolution analysis of membrane domain formation during neuronal polarization

The project B03 that I am a part of involves looking at the role of the exocyst complex in the specific plasma membrane domain formation during the neuronal polarisation through super-resolution microscopy. At the moment, we are using TIRF microscopy technique to do particle localization and particle tracking of one of the exocyst subunits- "Exo70" to have a more clear idea about the spatial and temporal resolution of the exocyst complex.
